Subsecretario de Recurso Hídricos - Ministerio de Infraestructura, Vivienda y Servicios PúblicosGuillermo Jelinski is a Civil and Hydraulic Engineer; he has a Master's Degree in Environmental Audits and Environmental Business Planning and a Master's Degree in Eco-Hydrology (Thesis).
He has worked in both the public and private sectors. He has over 20 years of experience as a hydraulics and environment professional, with education in waste management, water resources, teaching, and supervision of civil and hydraulic works.
He worked as Director of Water Resources Use and Regional Coordination of ADA, Manager of PROCMA. He is currently the Subsecretary of Water Resources of the Province of Buenos Aires, and he continues with his academic activities as a teacher at the Department of Engineering of the UNLP, among others.
