            Who are we?

            Latin American Association of Desalination and Water Reuse, ALADYR. We are a non-profit trade association, which promotes and disseminates timely knowledge and valuable experiences around desalination technologies, water reuse/recycling, effluent treatment and water efficiency; in order to optimize water management in Latin America and guarantee access to this resource under standards of quality, sustainability, economic development and social future. We recognize the importance of the active participation of developers and providers of technology and services, government, academia and related organizations as essential support for the action of our purposes. Since November 30, 2010, we have forged the paradigm of water efficiency in Latin America and we believe in the commitment of our more than 140 partners to achieve it.

            To be the recognized world reference entity based on the quality of our activities around the dissemination, promotion and integration of desalination, reuse and treatment technologies of water and effluents for Latin America focused on the appropriation of knowledge and the development of alliances, opportunities and projects that guarantee access to water and social well-being; through the participation of leaders from industry, government, academia and related organizations.
