{"id":18527,"date":"2020-11-10T13:01:34","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T17:01:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aladyr.net\/?p=18527"},"modified":"2020-11-10T13:01:40","modified_gmt":"2020-11-10T17:01:40","slug":"chile-aprueban-estudio-para-concretar-captacion-y-tratamiento-de-agua-potable-en-caspana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aladyr.net\/pt-br\/chile-aprueban-estudio-para-concretar-captacion-y-tratamiento-de-agua-potable-en-caspana\/","title":{"rendered":"Chile: Aprueban estudio para concretar captaci\u00f3n y tratamiento de agua potable en Caspana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Iniciativa busca generar viabilidad operacional de agua potable rural para un horizonte de 20 a\u00f1os.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/timeline.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/IMG_CASPANA-2-e1604961605757.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/timeline.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/IMG_CASPANA-2-696x522.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Caspana\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Regional de Antofagasta (CORE) y tras el an\u00e1lisis de la comisi\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas y Transporte, decidi\u00f3 aprobar la propuesta de priorizaci\u00f3n del \u201cEstudio de factibilidad y dise\u00f1o del sistema de captaci\u00f3n y tratamiento de agua potable rural, localidad de Caspana\u201d.&nbsp; La iniciativa fue presentada por la Secretar\u00eda Regional de Obras P\u00fablicas (MOP) y demandar\u00e1 un total de $140.000 millones, los cuales ser\u00e1n financiados con recursos del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal del estudio es desarrollar el dise\u00f1o a nivel de ingenier\u00eda de detalle del sistema de agua potable rural de Caspana, es decir, que considere la captaci\u00f3n del vital elemento en su forma cruda, su tratamiento de potabilizaci\u00f3n, su almacenamiento y red de distribuci\u00f3n a los habitantes actuales y futuros de la localidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo anterior, se suma el generar viabilidad operacional del sistema APR, para un horizonte de 20 a\u00f1os (proyecci\u00f3n hasta 2041). Cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares de la normativa vigente respecto al suministro de agua potable (cantidad, calidad y continuidad). Por \u00faltimo, considerar en la soluci\u00f3n aspectos t\u00e9cnicos de disponibilidad de recursos y de operaci\u00f3n futura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la Consejera Regional y presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n, Sandra Pastenes, explic\u00f3 que \u201cel estudio se realiza para dar respuesta a la petici\u00f3n que hace Caspana respecto de cambiar el punto de captaci\u00f3n del agua que estaba determinado inicialmente y el que hab\u00eda dado origen a otro estudio que dej\u00f3 de tener sentido cuando la localidad plantea, por varias razones, que la captaci\u00f3n debe hacerse desde otro lado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastenes Tambi\u00e9n agreg\u00f3 que \u201ces muy importante que se realice este nuevo estudio porque tenemos una deuda con el Alto El Loa y particularmente con Caspana en t\u00e9rminos de, proporcionarles los recursos b\u00e1sicos y m\u00ednimos para subsistir, como lo es el agua potable\u201d, recalc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c1rea Ind\u00edgena<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Teniendo presente que este estudio as\u00ed como las futuras obras se van a ejecutar sobre un \u00e1rea ind\u00edgena se ha concordado con la Direcci\u00f3n de Obras Hidr\u00e1ulicas (DOH-MOP) que, en cada etapa del estudio se deber\u00e1 realizar una consulta ind\u00edgena de acuerdo a la metodolog\u00eda establecida en el Convenio 169.
