{"id":17746,"date":"2020-10-19T08:33:53","date_gmt":"2020-10-19T12:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aladyr.net\/?p=17746"},"modified":"2020-10-19T08:33:55","modified_gmt":"2020-10-19T12:33:55","slug":"conoce-las-12-plantas-de-tratamiento-que-se-planea-ejecutar-en-el-pais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aladyr.net\/pt-br\/conoce-las-12-plantas-de-tratamiento-que-se-planea-ejecutar-en-el-pais\/","title":{"rendered":"Conoce las 12 plantas de tratamiento que se planea ejecutar en el pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mediante asociaciones p\u00fablico privadas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/portal.andina.pe\/EDPfotografia3\/Thumbnail\/2020\/10\/07\/000716257W.jpg\" alt=\"Planta de tratamiento.\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Planta de tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcci\u00f3n y Saneamiento (MVCS) busca poner en marcha 12 plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales (PTAR) en diferentes regiones del pa\u00eds, que beneficiar\u00e1n a cerca de 4 millones 695,000 habitantes y requerir\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2,670 millones 700,000 soles.<br>Estas 12 PTAR son parte del portafolio de proyectos que el MVCS planea ejecutar mediante asociaciones p\u00fablico privadas (APP), mecanismo que tiene el Estado para promover la inversi\u00f3n privada en el cierre de brechas sociales.<br>Actualmente, el proyecto m\u00e1s avanzado es la PTAR Puerto Maldonado, en Madre de Dios, cuya convocatoria fue publicada el 17 de setiembre y para la cual se invertir\u00e1 212 millones 400,000 soles. Su adjudicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para mayo del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<br>La mayor\u00eda de estas APP se encuentra en la fase de formulaci\u00f3n, es decir, est\u00e1n en la etapa de evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica. Entre ellas est\u00e1n la PTAR Trujillo (La Libertad) que requerir\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n de 589 millones 600,000 soles; la PTAR Chiclayo (Lambayeque) con un monto de 489 millones 600,000 soles y la PTAR Chincha (Ica) para la que se invertir\u00e1 156 millones 600,000 soles.<br>Para Lima, se cuenta con el proyecto de la PTAR Ca\u00f1ete, cuyo monto de inversi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 157 millones 300,000 soles.<br>Entre los proyectos APP en fase de formulaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n la PTAR Cajamarca para la que se invertir\u00e1 294 millones 400,000 soles; la PTAR Cusco-San Jer\u00f3nimo (Cusco) que requerir\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n de 192 millones 300,000 soles; la PTAR Huaraz (\u00c1ncash) para la cual se invertir\u00e1 120 millones 400,000 soles, y la PTAR Tarapoto (San Mart\u00edn) con un monto de 123 millones 100,000 soles.<br>Adem\u00e1s, se tiene como proyecto la PTAR Huancayo, en la regi\u00f3n Jun\u00edn, cuyo monto de inversi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 publicado con la declaratoria de inter\u00e9s.<br>Finalmente, hay dos en fase de planeamiento y programaci\u00f3n, que es cuando de identifican los proyectos prioritarios con potencial de APP: estos son PTAR Huacho y Barranca (Lima) y la PTAR Huancavelica-Andahuaylas, en las regiones Huancavelica y Apur\u00edmac, que requerir\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n de 195 millones y 140 millones de soles, respectivamente.<br>Las PTAR son infraestructuras en las que se eliminan los elementos contaminantes de las aguas de los desag\u00fces mediante procesos f\u00edsicos, qu\u00edmicos y biol\u00f3gicos.
